In a room full of their peers and some of the finest chefs in the country, the 2026 winners of the delicious. Harvey Norman Produce Awards were revealed at a joyful event inside Aria, against the backdrop of Opera House sails.
This prestigious awards program recognises the most outstanding food producers in the nation – those who supply exceptional ingredients to our leading restaurants and hospitality venues.
But the Produce Awards are about more than just quality and flavour. They also place a strong emphasis on food that has been produced ethically, sustainably and with full accountability. At a time when food fraud and opaque supply chains are at front of mind for many Australians, celebrating those uncompromising producers who are doing the right thing has never felt more relevant, or more important.
The Produce Awards are ultimately decided by a formidable line-up of Australia’s culinary elite. The 2026 judging panel brought together some of the country’s most acclaimed chefs and restaurateurs, including Karena Armstrong, Jo Barrett, Lennox Hastie, Andrew McConnell, Matt Moran AM, Josh Niland, Alex Prichard, Matt Stone and Alla Wolf-Tasker AM.
This year’s chosen winners showcased the full spectrum of excellence in Australian food production – from pioneering young visionaries who are transforming forgotten urban spaces into thriving edible landscapes and groundbreaking farmers who are bringing new flavours to our tables to industry-leading champions of sustainability, conservation and animal welfare.
