National Finalists
What an evening! Last night we were thrilled to attend the delicious. Harvey Norman Produce Awards 2025 at Bennelong as the Queensland winner for the ‘From the Earth’ category.
Huge thanks to Kate Keating for being the lead garden girl while l've been on mat leave this year - the gardens have been splendid this year under her astute eye, as well as my whole team (Alex, K2 and Nikki) who have been the hard workers behind the scenes. And of course Graeme Twine the dreamer, mastermind, and collaborator behind the Suncoast Fresh gardens that we picked the produce from for these awards. Another huge thanks to Patrick Spence for the nomination.
Earlier this year, “leading Australian chefs gathered in some of the nation’s top restaurants to decide which producers would make it to the final round of judging. Winning a delicious. Harvey Norman Produce Award is not just about producing great-tasting, high-quality food; producers also have to demonstrate their commitment to sustainability and dedication to their craft, as well as exhibiting a strong focus on provenance, species diversity and preservation, and their local community” (delicious., 2025).
